DATA ASSISTANT
CLINICAL RESEARCH DEPARTMENT
Under supervision of the Clinical Research Manager, individual is responsible for maintaining clinical research data and assisting with study regulatory and other aspects of clinical trials. Individual must be familiar with basic medical terminology. Job requires Associates Degree/Computer knowledge/prefer prior Clinical Trial experience. Advanced organizational skills.
CLINICAL STUDY COORDINATOR
CLINICAL RESEARCH DEPARTMENT
RN or LPN with valid license and 2-5 years clinical experience. Under minimal supervision individual is responsible for conducting the research activities for the clinical trial studies. All studies must be completed encompassing regulatory compliance, and carried out within the “Good Clinical Practices Guidelines”. Individual must be organized.
LPN/CMA
DR. BELLO, NASHVILLE

MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK
PRIMARY CARE
Individual will pull and file medical charts for providers. Will also file dictation, reports, papers, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager.
PA/FNP
Dermatology
Immediate need for a NC licensed and certified PA or FNP to work in our Dermatology department. Preferred candidate will have at least 1-2 years of dermatology experience. Would be willing to train if experienced candidate is not found. This position is office based; 4 ½ days per week.

IMAGING
Individual performs mammograms and related duties under the general supervision of the radiologist. Must be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with ARRT and mammography certification. Minimum of three years’ experience with MQSA and ACR regulations is required. Position is full-time working four and one-half days per week.

Individual to calculate all charges for office visits, collect correct payment amounts, post charges and receipts, research and coordinate correction of all denials. Charges are to be keyed utilizing CPT and ICD-9 codes. Also, responsible for informing patients of outstanding bills, explaining BWC Credit Policy and protocols, and collecting payments accordingly.

Individual provides nutrition counseling to patients referred for a variety of diagnosed health problems. Provides nutrition-related educational services to physicians, nurses, clinic personnel and general public. Minimum qualifications: NC License as a Dietitian/Nutritionist; registered with the American Dietetic Association; minimum of one year of nutritional counseling experience.
