Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Boice-Willis Clinic, PA we have a number of specialties and services to serve your healthcare needs. In order to provide you, our customer, with the best possible service you will need to understand our payment policy.

We will bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you. To do so, we will require that you present an updated insurance card at every visit. If you have no health insurance, or present no insurance card a minimum deposit of $120 or the actual charge amount, whichever is less, is due at the time of service.

If your insurance company requires co-payments and or deductibles they are due at the time of service. If you are unable to make payment at time of service, you may be asked to reschedule your visit.

Your remaining balance to Boice-Willis Clinic, PA can be paid directly in the practice or through our secured online payment option. To view this option, please visit our web site at (https://mymedicalbill.connectiq.net/boicewillis/default.aspx) for instructions on setting up an online payment.

All commercial, self pay and Medicare patients will be assessed a “no show” fee for a missed appointment. The fee will be charged directly to the patient.

You are responsible for the timely payment of your account. Should it be necessary for us to use an outside agency to collect payment from you, you will be additionally responsible for whatever charges we incur as a result of this.

Delinquent accounts will be referred to a professional agency for collection.
