Online Messaging:
If you would like to submit an online patient message to your Primary Care physician, click Online Message. Simply complete and submit your request and a Primary Care staff member will contact you. This form is for established Primary Care patients only. (If you would like to become a Boice-Willis Clinic patient, please contact Central Scheduling by calling (252) 937-0200).
Please note: Online Messaging is only offered during normal business hours. Please do not send an online message after 5:00 p.m. or during the weekend. If you need assistance after hours, please call the after hours/emergency number listed below.

five full-time physicians, one Physician Assistant, one Nurse
Practitioner, full nursing staff, lab, and trained front-office
staff.
