Our Modern Medical Facility Is Here To Serve Your Family
Family Medicine Is Not Just Our Specialty.
It's Our Philosophy.
Michelle Beckham, MD
BOARD-CERTIFIED IN FAMILY MEDICINE
Originally from Durham, NC, Dr. Beckham has dedicated her entire career of more than 20 years to this community and is now the senior physician for the Spring Hope office. Dr. Beckham chose Family Medicine because she enjoys taking care of people of all ages for a range of conditions. Her personal philosophy of care is that every patient deserves her time and full attention. It's her goal to be at her best during every encounter with every patient.
“I've been here so long that I have a lot of long-lasting relationships with patients who care about me as I care for them. I have treated patients as newborns and am now also treating their children. I really love that!”

Lee Ann Woodley, PA
BOARD-CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
A PA since 2016, Lee Ann served patients in Waco, Texas and Rocky Mount before joining Boice-Willis Clinic's Spring Hope office
She finds the whole-health approach of primary care particularly rewarding and very useful for another of her passions: medical mission trips. Describing her work as evidence-based, Lee Ann looks at all aspects of a patient's health — physical, mental and spiritual—to help determine if there are contributing factors to a patient's medical concerns.
“Patients in this community are very friendly, caring and kind. They tend to be very receptive to recommendations for their well-being. It's a close knit, family-oriented community, and it's a pleasure to get to know them.”
Xaverie Benedict, MD
BOARD-CERTIFIED IN FAMILY MEDICINE
Dr. Benedict is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, the basis of which is to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. She embraces the approach of trying to get to the root of the problem by understanding how lifestyle and environmental factors impact well-being. She also has a keen interest in psychiatry, with a mental health focus on depression.
“I came to Boice-Willis because it had much more to offer patients than many other clinics, and I knew I would have the tools I needed to make a difference. With many specialties under one umbrella, I have the opportunity to consult with other physicians regarding patient care.”

Natalie Cook, PA
BOARD-CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Originally from Eden, NY, Natalie became interested in becoming a PA after joining the Army Reserves while in high school. Continuing to serve throughout her college career, she spent a total of 10 years as a combat medic which included training in primary and emergency medicine.
Natalie has been a PA since 1996. Before joining Boice-Willis Clinic, she served patients as a gastroenterology specialist in rural Michigan, and then in primary care for the Department of Defense.
Natalie lives in Nashville and is involved with several nonprofit organizations that support children with special needs.
“I really listen to my patients. About 90% of what I need
to know to treat them comes from them. The other 10% comes from the exam and testing, which is then used to confirm what my patient is telling me.”
